By creating an account or using SeatFound ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including event organizers who create events and guests who use event lookup pages.

SeatFound provides a platform for event organizers to create branded seating assignment lookup pages for their guests. Features include guest list upload, table assignment display, floor plan diagramming, kiosk and display sign modes, and related tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are for individual use — you may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
SeatFound offers subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe at the start of each billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
You agree not to use SeatFound to:
You retain ownership of any content you upload to SeatFound, including guest lists, logos, and event details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and display any content, including guest personal data. You represent that your use of guest data complies with all applicable privacy laws.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
Event organizers are the data controllers for guest lists they upload. SeatFound acts as a data processor on their behalf. We store guest data only to power the seating lookup experience and do not use it for any other purpose.
Guest data is encrypted at rest and is automatically removed when an event expires or is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
SeatFound, its logo, product design, and software are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding.
We welcome feedback and suggestions. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeatFound and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeatFound and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@seatfound.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
